1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We utilize Colivery for real-time calculations based on weight, dimensions, and GPS coordinates. All times refer to Business Days (Mon–Fri).

Estimated Weight Brackets (Road Freight)

Shipping Insurance & Liability
Colivery provides inclusive liability covering up to R1,000.00. For items above this value, additional cover must be requested.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
In accordance with the CPA and ECT Act. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
The 7-Day “Cooling-Off” Period
- Opened Items: Subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- Non-Refundable: Software/Digital Licenses, Opened Consumables (Ink/Toner), and Service Fees (Labor/Installation).
- Holiday Policy: Orders between Dec 15 – Dec 24 can request returns until Jan 5th.
Technical Assessment Notice
All defective products (DOA or Warranty) are subject to technical inspection to confirm a manufacturing fault before a remedy is issued.
⚠️ Important Financial Disclosures
1. Accidental Deposits (10% Fee): Accidental EFT payments or overpayments are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. FICA verification is mandatory.
2. TV License Cancellations (5% Fee): Cancellations due to lack of a valid TV License (Ozow/Payflex payments) incur a 5% non-refundable service charge.
4. Warranty & Technical Support
Warranty Claim Requirements
- Original tax invoice/proof of purchase.
- Serial number intact and legible.
- Original Packaging: Specifically required for TVs and Monitors for safe transit.
Warranty Specifics
- Laptops: 1–3 year manufacturer warranty. Upgrades by Compu-Fi technicians do not void this.
- Custom PC Workmanship: 6-month workmanship warranty (assembly/BIOS/thermals).
- Dead Pixels: Subject to ISO 13406-2 (1-5 pixels may be within spec).
- Exclusions: Physical/Liquid damage, Power Surges, Load Shedding, and Lightning.
Limitation of Liability: Compu-Fi (PTY) LTD is not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, or data loss arising from product use or failure. Please back up data before submission.
