Accidental & Unauthorized Payments

Any funds deposited into Compu-Fi (PTY) LTD accounts without a corresponding valid Order Number or prior written authorization will be subject to a 10% Administrative & Handling Fee.

FICA & Identity Verification

In compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), we cannot refund any unauthorized or accidental deposits without formal verification. We require Valid Proof of Identification and Official Bank Account Confirmation from the depositor to verify ownership before any reversal is initiated.

Unclaimed or Unmatched Payments

Any funds received into Compu-Fi (PTY) LTD accounts without a valid Order Number or sufficient identifying reference will be placed into a temporary suspense account for reconciliation purposes.

If the depositor does not come forward with valid FICA-compliant identification and proof of payment within 30 days, the funds will remain recorded as unallocated. During this period, Compu-Fi (PTY) LTD reserves the right to recover reasonable administrative and banking costs incurred in managing and tracing such payments.

Unclaimed funds are not forfeited and may still be claimed at a later stage, subject to successful identity verification and reconciliation. Refunds, where approved, will be processed in accordance with applicable banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Compu-Fi (PTY) LTD reserves the right to amend administrative handling procedures in line with regulatory or banking requirements.

TV License Requirements

Per South African law, a valid TV license is mandatory for all television purchases. If you pay via EFT and cannot provide a valid license, a full refund will be issued. However, for payments made via Ozow, a 5% non-refundable service charge applies if the order is canceled due to an invalid license.
