Accidental & Unauthorized Payments: Any funds deposited without a valid Order Number or prior written authorization are subject to a 10% Administrative & Handling Fee.
Unmatched Payments: Payments received without sufficient identifying information are temporarily placed into a reconciliation suspense account.
If the depositor does not provide valid FICA-compliant identification and proof of payment within 30 days, the funds remain recorded as unmatched. During this period, Compu-Fi (PTY) LTD may recover reasonable administrative and banking costs incurred.
Unmatched funds are not automatically forfeited and may still be claimed at a later stage, subject to successful identity verification, reconciliation, and applicable legal time limits.
Compu-Fi (PTY) LTD reserves the right to amend administrative handling procedures in line with regulatory or banking requirements.
TV License Requirements: A valid TV license is mandatory for television purchases. EFT payments are fully refundable if a license cannot be supplied. For Ozow payments, a 5% non-refundable service charge applies if the order is canceled due to an invalid license.
