TV License Compliance: We collect and verify TV License details as required under South African law for all television purchases.
FICA & Verification Data: In specific circumstances (such as accidental deposits, unauthorized payments, or refund ownership verification), we require valid Proof of Identification and Bank Account Confirmation to comply with financial safety regulations.

3. Integrated Financial Policies

Accidental Payments: Funds deposited without a valid order are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee and require FICA verification before reversal.
TV License Requirements: If an order is paid via Ozow and canceled due to an invalid or missing TV License, a 5% non-refundable service charge applies due to gateway costs.

4. Use of Information & Security

Your information is used to fulfill orders, manage warranties, and verify legal compliance. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your data, including:

Encryption: Use of SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission.
Payment Security: All instant EFT transactions are handled via Ozow; we do not store your banking credentials.
No Sale of Data: We never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.

5. Sharing & International Transfers

We share necessary data with trusted partners (Couriers, SABC, and Ozow) to fulfill our services. Some service providers may process data outside South Africa. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure data is protected in line with POPIA requirements and international data protection standards.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information. In the unlikely event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users and the Information Regulator as required by law.
